Consultants

Phil Winfield is an expert in Oracle Application Express combined with Oracle PL/SQL. He has been working for clients using Application Express exclusively since 2005 and has worked for Primary Path full time for the past seven years. Phil has commercial experience with Application Express (formerly HTML DB) versions 1.5 through to 3 including the XE deployed version.

Phil is based in the South of the UK. His recent projects have included MoD, Media and Health Care clients where he has a specialised knowledge of MedDRA and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

Chris Lloyd is a specialist with Oracle Applications development and Interfacing.

Key skills are Oracle Applications to version 11.5.10 (including financials, HR and project accounting) and PL/SQL. He has been working for clients using Oracle Applications since 1997.

Chris has full lifecycle experience from requirements definition to delivery and support of integrated deliverables.

Chris is based in the South of the UK. His recent projects include MoD and Thales.

As an Oracle Certified Professional, Pete Youngs has spent the majority of his career as a Technical Consultant designing, building and successfully implementing bespoke Oracle-based business systems across sectors including Transportation, Logistics and Finance.

More recently Pete has moved into the extension and customisation of Oracle’s E-Business Suite of Applications, with his latest role involved in successfully integrating a Greenfield implementation of Oracle HR throughout the MoD.

With considerable experience in PL/SQL and Oracle Forms, Pete has also ventured into Oracle Application Express and other web-based technologies including EJB and JSP.

Mike Redfearn has a great deal of experience within Microsoft Technologies, notably SQL Server and Visual Basic. He has spent most of his professional career as a Technical Consultant; designing, building and implementing bespoke desktop applications.

Mike has worked on multi-disciplined projects in a range of businesses such as Investment Banking, FMCG, Local Authority and Retailing. As well as a great deal of development experience, Mike has full lifecycle experience from requirements gathering through to implementation.
